Our company aims to establish a talent evaluation system that is in line with the development strategy of the enterprise. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Autonomous Talent Evaluation Authorization in Ningbo City (Trial)", we will implement the autonomous evaluation rights of talents, eliminate the original evaluation system that solely focuses on papers, titles, education qualifications, and awards, and establish a talent evaluation system that is oriented towards innovation ability, quality, effectiveness, and contribution. We will precisely identify key talents and high-level talents in the production frontline and critical positions, open up the talent growth channels, and achieve the goal of "attracting talents, retaining them, and utilizing them well", based on the actual situation. We have formulated this plan, which is applicable to all full-time employees engaged in technical, management, and production positions in our company, who have achieved practical contributions in technological innovation, production operation, and market expansion in the injection molding powder industry.
