Among rotomolding materials, Nylon 12 (PA12) stands out with its unique performance combination. As a key member of the long-carbon-chain nylon family, Nylon 12 features longer molecular chains and lower amide bond density, resulting in an extremely low water absorption rate of approximately 0.25% — the lowest among all nylon products. Additionally, it boasts low density, excellent low-temperature toughness, and outstanding oil and chemical resistance. It maintains good toughness even in extreme cold environments as low as -70°C, with a long-term service temperature reaching 80-90°C.
